Loudoun Symphony Association

Ms. Wagoner has performed as a first violinist in the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra for over thirty years. She has served on the Loudoun Symphony Board of Directors totally over ten years within her time with the Symphony. In addition to the Loudoun Symphony, Ms. Wagoner serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Unison. She has over twenty-five years of experience in technology firms as a human resources executive and technology consulting delivery leader. Raelene has extensive experience creating or optimizing human resources organizations and global experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She has led the Human Resources components of multiple merger and acquisition (M&A) actions. Ms. Wagoner has served as a Trustee on the William and Mary Foundation Board and currently serves as an Emeritus Trustee. Raelene holds a B.S. in Computer Science and minor in Music from William & Mary.
