HEALTH & SAFETY
The Loudoun Symphony’s goal is to create an environment where all patrons, musicians, staff and volunteers can confidently enjoy music. We will follow COVID protocols which will be continually adjusted as we receive updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Virginia Department of Health, the Virginia Music Educators Association (VMEA), Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) and St. David’s Episcopal Church (the venue where LSO concerts are presented).
Musicians, Staff and Key Volunteers
All Loudoun Symphony musicians, staff and key volunteers must be fully vaccinated when eligible (as determined by age) and must receive CDC-recommended COVID-19 booster when eligible and available.
Masking is required whenever possible during rehearsals and concerts.
While we do not have staffing to check the status of our audience members, we strongly urge patrons who are eligible for vaccinations according to the latest CDC guidance to be fully vaccinated prior to attending our concerts.
All attendees are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times.
By attending the concert, you are affirming that you do not exhibit any symptoms of COVID and have not been exposed to anyone with COVID or who thinks they may have COVID. In addition, you agree to cooperate when asked to assist government health officials with contract tracing should it be required.
