
LSYO TUITION
Tuition includes weekly rehearsals, sectional coaching, performances, and special events as they arise. LSYO musicians receive one ticket to each LSO performance throughout the season. LSYO families receive two adult tickets to each LSYO concert.

Loudoun Symphony Youth Orchestra provides financial aid to LSYO participants who have financial need through an application process once musicians are invited to join one of our ensembles. The Financial Aid Committee will consider your completed financial aid application on a case-by-case basis.​​

Due to need for players of certain instruments, for the 2025-2026 season, upon acceptance to LSYO, the following players are offered a 50% non-renewable scholarship:
any first-year LSYO Viola player in any ensemble (Philharmonic, Symphonic, String, Prelude Strings);
any first-year LSYO Bass player in the Symphonic, String, or Prelude Strings ensembles;
any first-year LSYO Tuba player in the Symphonic or Philharmonic ensembles;
any first-year LSYO Oboe player in the Symphonic or Philharmonic ensembles.
