About the composers
Danny Elfman is an American composer, singer, and songwriter. He came to prominence as the singer-songwriter for the band Oingo Boingo in the early 1980s. Since the 1990s, Elfman has garnered international recognition for composing over 100 feature film scores including A Nightmare Before Christmas, as well as compositions for television, stage productions, and the concert hall.
Andrew Gold was an American multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and record producer who influenced much of the Los Angeles-dominated pop/soft rock sound in the 1970s. Spooky Scary Skeletons is the most well known of the songs from Gold's album Halloween Howls
Edvard Grieg was a Norwegian composer and pianist. Grieg is considered one of the main composers of the Romantic era. His music is part of the standard classical repertoire worldwide. He composed the incidental music for Henrik Isben’s play Peer Gynt, which includes “In the Hall of the Mount King” and “Morning”, two of his most widely-recognized works.
